Graff Unveils US$55 Million ‘Hallucination’ Timepiece
Dubai-UAE: Graff Diamonds has unveiled the US$55 million ‘Hallucination’ – an exceptionally rare multi-colored diamond timepiece estimated to be the most valuable watch ever created. The world leader of important diamonds, Graff is famous for unique hand crafted jewels that showcase the rarest stones in the world.
A magnificent display of diamond design and craftsmanship, the Graff ‘Hallucination’ takes jewellery watchmaking to a new level, featuring an unprecedented kaleidoscope of over 110cts of extremely rare coloured diamonds.
The ‘Hallucination’ ladies timepiece was unveiled this week at the 2014 Basel World Fair where Graff Diamonds made its exciting debut.
The concept for the Graff Hallucination came directly from Laurence Graff, Chairman of Graff Diamonds, with Graff’s highly skilled team of designers, gemologists and master craftsmen working intensively for thousands of hours in order to perfect the piece.
Commenting he said: “The Graff Hallucination is a sculptural masterpiece; a celebration of the miracle of colored diamonds. For many years I have thought about creating a truly remarkable watch that illustrates our all consuming passion for diamonds. The Hallucination has made my diamond dream a reality.”
The watch can now be presented upon request at the GRAFF stores in Dubai Mall and Burj Al Arab.
