Damas launches legendary Fabergé in Dubai

Dubai: Fabergé, legendary jeweller to the Russian Imperial court, brings its high and fine Jewellery collections to Dubai this December within the luxury emporium Damas boutique, at the Burj Al Arab and at the Dubai Mall. With a heritage bridging three centuries, contemporary Fabergé creations – including the iconic Les Favourites and the much-loved Les Saisons Russes collections – will be available at Damas from December 2012.

Katharina Flohr, Creative and Managing Director of Fabergé, says: “We are delighted to bring the splendor of Fabergé to the Middle East for the first time. Clients in Dubai have a very sophisticated taste and have a real appreciation for our exceptional handcrafted pieces.”

The enthralling story of Fabergé began in 1842 and is linked to the lives and loves of the Imperial Romanov family.  Peter Carl Fabergé became official jeweller and goldsmith to the famed Russian Imperial Court, creating exquisite jewels and objects, including the legendary series of lavish and ingenious Imperial Easter Eggs.

Today, Fabergé creates extraordinary jewelled masterpieces for a new generation of devotees, whilst remaining faithful to its original philosophy of artistry and superlative craftsmanship. With the finest quality gemstones and precious metals, Fabergé High and Fine Jewellery creations are investments to pass from generation to generation.

Fabergé offers High and Fine Jewellery collections as well as timepieces and cufflinks with prices starting from a few thousand dollars. The collections are available at Fabergé boutiques in New York, London and Geneva, as well as at concessions within Harrods in London, Lane Crawford IFC in Hong Kong, Vendome in Sydney and now Damas in Dubai.
