ANGEL RIVERA INTRODUCES A NEW LOOK WITH 2014 COLLECTION
Angel Rivera Couture has created a new image with the 2014 collection, Empress Collection. The 2014 collection has set Angel Rivera Couture apart from past seasons by introducing softer fabrics, feminine embellishments, and a garden party aesthetic.
Angel Rivera is known for his contemporary take on classic romance, which is evident in the newest collection. His gowns are created for the bride who wants to look and feel like a modern day princess. Drawing inspiration from royalty of the past and present, each gown is named after a Queen. Soft, romantic fabrics are delicately draped and embellished with intricate beading hand-sewn on each gown. Detailed trains and ball gowns are prominent throughout the collection in addition to classic silhouettes and gowns with unique necklines.

ABOUT ANGEL RIVERA COUTURE
After receiving his degree in Fashion Studies at Youngstown State University, Angel Rivera has worked with industry’s top fashion houses, including Amsale, Kenneth Pool, Christos, Kirstie Kelly, and the world famous Kleinfeld. He also continued his studies in pattern making at the prestigious Parsons School of Design.
Through his studies at Parsons and his experience with brides-to-be at Kleinfeld, Angel acquired a keen eye for fit and proportion. His gowns embody sophistication and glamour, with dramatic silhouettes that flawlessly flatter the female figure. Angel combines luxurious silks with couture construction to create ultra-feminine pieces layered with nostalgia, charm and luxury; a distinctive look for which the designer has become known.
