On September 30th, the new Ermenegildo Zegna’s flagship store at ‘Avenue at Etihad Towers’, becomes the ideal stage of an exclusive and unique “Made to Measure” experience hosted by one of Zegna’s most renowned master Tailor.
Zegna’s “Su Misura” custom-tailored service will be available for discerning gentlemen to undertake made to measure suit fittings at Ermenegildo Zegna Boutique at ‘Avenue at Etihad Towers’ in Abu Dhabi on Sunday 30th of September and Monday 1st of October.
Thanks to this exclusive service, Ermenegildo Zegna is able to produce tailor-made suits, jackets, pants, coats, shirts, ties, shoes and belts in just a few weeks, respecting the size, cut and needs of the customer and maintaining the excellent quality standards for which the Italian fashion house is rightly famous.
The Made to Measure suit is both priceless and very personal for the wearer. The art of Zegna tailoring is based on traditional methods perfected over decades of experience. Made-to-measure clothes take form thanks to the hands of expert tailors who knowingly drape and sew the fabric, defending the traditions of exquisite craftsmanship and demonstrating that there is still the need for a style exclusively personal and individual, in the dictionary of Zegna.
The customer has the luxury of selecting from more than 700 refined natural fibers such as superfine merino wool, cashmere or vicuna to meet high expectations and satisfy individuals. Zegna’s expertise serves the sartorial needs of today’s gentlemen: the wearer can have his name hand embroidered and in just 4 weeks, a ‘Su Misura’ suit is ready and delivered to any Ermenegildo Zegna Boutique around the world.
In partnership with UAE Trading Establishment, Ermenegildo Zegna recently unveiled its new Flagship store in ‘Avenue at Etihad Towers’; Abu Dhabi’s first standalone high-end luxury shopping destination. The store, designed by Zegna’s in-house architects – based on the creative concept developed by architect Peter Marino for the Zegna global store in Milan – covers around 190 square meters of luxury selling space in the famous Etihad Towers which houses Jumeirah, one of the most luxurious 5 star hotels.
Developed over one floor, it is the ultimate men’s emporium, where a selected range of Ermenegildo Zegna products and services will be made available. Traversing the store is a floor stripe that welcomes customers to the World of Zegna. Nature and technology are harmoniously blended within the interior design through the masculine yet natural color palette created with stone, rosewood, mahogany wood and both gun and bronze metal. The entrance area is dedicated to a large exposition of leather goods, shoes and a preview of the Upper Casual collection, whereas the complete collection is displayed in a dedicated area together with the appealing Zegna Sport collection and an extensive range of leather and textile accessories. The Sartoria room hosts the Couture collection as well as ties with a recurring fireplace in front of the sitting area with leather and fabric armchairs. Additionally, the VIP resting room, located beside the exclusive ‘Su Misura’ (made-to-measure) service area, in golden colors and champagne tone, equipped with all the necessary facilities, is a brilliant example of the high quality individual services offered in the store.
Zegna is already present in the market, and has had for many years a corner in Marina Mall c/o Rodeo Drive multi-brand store. Zegna also has a corner in Rodeo Drive downtown Khaliffa Street. Both corner stores carry the full range of Zegna brands. Level 1 in ‘Avenue at Etihad Towers’, is dedicated almost exclusively to luxury men’s wear brands.
