Fitness First Organises One-day ‘Movement’ Exercise Initiative in Dubai for the Community

Brief: Movement is a one-day celebratory exercise experience combining the variety, passion, and excitement of a variety of Group Exercise (GX) classes
The Fitness First community event encourages families, friends, and fitness enthusiasts to attend ‘Movement’ and participate in a range of popular activities such as TUFF, Boot Camp, Body Jam, Yoga and many more.
Special classes and activities are offered for children as well including Yoga for kids, Zumbatomic and Aqua for kids.
There will be a BBQ area, Fun City children’s area, sponsors stands and the exclusive new launch of DISQ. Soccer Kids football academy will also be present.
Whether you love to dance, spin, press, kick, stretch or simply just move, Movement offers an exercise routine for everybody. So, why not join us and get your body moving! It will be a rejuvenating and rewarding social workout.
