Dubai: Women are strong, that is a fact. From running a household, to achieving success in your career, to raising your kids, to being a great friend, your strength shines through every day in many ways. But, what about your CORE strength?

PURE Fitness wants you to know the importance of training your core muscles. Whether you have recently had a baby and want to tighten up the excess flab, or perhaps you have never really engaged with your core before, there has never been a better time than now to make a start. A strong core leads to better balance and stability, be it in sports, carrying the baby, bending down to tie your shoelace or not causing aches and pains. Core exercises train the underlying muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony.

And now from January 2014, the PURE Fitness team are here to help as they launch their new PURE Core programme!

Beginners will start with the Level 1 class, and those of you who feel determined to keep on with the challenge may progress to the Level 2 class. What’s more, there will be some classes in which you can bring your baby along, too!

The difference between regular workout classes and PURE Fitness is that the PURE Fitness instructors care about and understand what it takes to be both a mum and a busy working woman. They understand how your body changes during and after pregnancy, and how time consuming your children and your real life can be, leaving you with little time to take care of yourself. The PURE Core programme is devised with this in mind and to help you and give you confidence.

PURE Core is a 6-week course, one day a week, for just AED 420. As part of your course you will also receive:

–   Educational notes to empower you

–   Access to a private Facebook group

–   3 minute daily homework exercises

If core strengthening is not what you are looking for, PURE Fitness also have a wide range of classes to cater for all needs and requirements. BuggEfit is a workout where you can use your baby’s buggy for resistance training whilst your baby stays with you, and Pure Pilates and the PURE Running Club take place at various locations across Dubai. And for those of you up for a serious challenge with big results, why not try the PURE Results 4-Week Programme? Just watch your figure transform!
