15 NOVEMBER 2013 – The hotly anticipated Maison, Cheval Blanc Randheli, opens today in the Maldives and welcomes its first guests as they arrive on Cheval Blanc’s specially commissioned private seaplane – a sublime start to guests’ island experience.
Set in the pristine Noonu Atoll, just under five hours flight from the Middle East, Cheval Blanc Randheli offers an unforgettable tailor-made experience for every guest. Elegant, refined and designed for island living, Cheval Blanc Randheli is born from a creative collaboration with celebrated architect Jean-Michel Gathy from Denniston. Each of the 45 loft-style villas – retreats for barefoot living in the tropics – offers space and privacy as well as a private infinity pool, spacious overwater decks or dedicated gardens.

The Cheval Blanc Spa features tailored treatments by Guerlain, created exclusively for the Maison. Here, food is also an art and guests may enjoy no less than five distinct dining experiences from relaxed alfresco options to fine dining. The PADI certified diving centre invites guests to discover the unique treasures of Maldivian submarine life whilst dedicated experiences have been conceived for children and teenagers to ensure magic family souvenirs. The teams at the Carousel and Paddock Clubs await little ones looking for friends and fun.
Welcomed by a team of Cheval Blanc Alchemistes, every guest’s stay is crafted to meet their individual needs with understated elegance and exquisite attention to detail; tailor-made activities, unforgettable experiences and bespoke surprises are conceived to create memorable souvenirs for couples and families alike. This, together with the Maison’s warm and caring service, its desire to surprise and delight at every turn is what makes Cheval Blanc what it is.
