Celebrate Easter in style with an exquisite Good Friday Brunch, and a family Saturday BBQ
DUBAI, UAE – In celebration of Easter this April, Park Hyatt Dubai will hold special variations of its award-winning Traiteur Friday brunch and the weekly Saturday barbeque at The Terrace.
Friday 18 April, Traiteur:
The ‘Good Friday’ brunch at Traiteur will take place on Friday 18 April, and will offer guests an extensive and delectable variety of seafood dishes, as well as a whole lamb roast from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
Featuring a large selection of appetisers and live cooking stations, Traiteur will offer tuna tartar with ginger and pomelo or scallop with seaweed butter as a special seafood addition to the traditional selection.
A variety of dishes will also be on offer from the piazza area outside the Dubai Restaurant, where a live grill station is set up, serving grilled lobster tail as well as a lamb roast.
As for desserts, there will be an extensive buffet and live dessert stations inside Traiteur’s private dining room. The mouth-watering selection here includes hot cross buns, home-made ice creams, a crêpe station, a chocolate fountain, a praline station and a plethora of other desserts, including macaroons, opera cake, éclairs and crème brûlée.
Four brunch packages are available for guests to choose from, including:
- Non-alcoholic Package: AED465 per person, including food and non-alcoholic beverages
- Sparkling Wine Package: AED570 per person, including food, beer, wine and sparkling wine
- Champagne Package: AED690 per person, including food, beer, wine and premium champagne

Saturday 19 April, The Terrace
The weekly barbecue at The Terrace, taking place on Saturday 19 April, is an affair which the whole family can enjoy. In addition to the variety of international sausages, grilled seafood, and all the other delectable dishes that make this barbeque a true afternoon delight, the menu will also feature a traditional leg of lamb with rosemary mint sauce, as well as a traditional Easter-themed dessert buffet. Furthermore, children will be entertained by a special kids’ corner, where they can enjoy numerous fun activities, such as an Easter egg painting.
The Terrace at Park Hyatt Dubai holds a popular afternoon barbeque every Saturday from 12:30 pm until 4:00 pm (seasonally). Prices are at AED230 including food and soft drinks, and AED299 including food, soft drinks and free-flowing beer. Children between the ages of six and twelve are charged at AED115, while those below the age of six dine for free.
