Six Mouth-watering Signature Tastes You Can’t Miss This Dubai Food Festival

Brief:       Gourmets in the city are set for a real treat this Dubai Food Festival as Dubai’s most stylish eateries whip up a gastronomic menu. From 25 February to 12 March, Big Chefs and Butcha Steakhouse & Grill will create an assortment of meat specialties, while Poco Loco and Pots, Pans & Boards make an impression with their seafood delights. Those who prefer a more edgy dining experience can head to the motoring- inspired Le Trésor or BikesnBites.

Pots, Pans & Boards

Specially created by two Michelin starred Chef Tom Aikens, the three-course menu for AED140 features a sumptuous chilli and coriander back tempura squid with aioli for starters, followed by an oxtail burger with piquillo ketchup as main course and a passion-fruit curd pavlova with chantilly cream and fresh berry compote for dessert.

Butcha Steakhouse & Grill

Amply representing the culinary vision “from the farm to the table” in a contemporary and modern context, Butcha Steakhouse & Grill offers foodies only the best of the biggest. Sample three exquisite courses for AED145 including some signature favourites. You can start with the classic Butcha cheese salad – a medley of organic lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate, walnuts and Tulum cheese cut through with pomegranate molasses.  Next up, is a range of grilled koftes, made in-house with Butcha’s secret recipe, followed by a classic Turkish dessert of baklava – layers of flaky pastry, mixed nuts and syrup that combine to create the perfect sweet ending.

Poco Loco

Celebrate the best of Latin American soul-food at Poco Loco with a selection of three signature dishes available for only AED95. Enjoy soft shell crab tacos with home-made tortillas served with avocado and chipotle mayo, tostada huevos rancheros served with black beans and salsa comal and a tiradito of sea bream served with tiger’s milk and sweet potato chips.

Big Chefs/Big Chefs Studio

Experience an unrivalled mix of international cuisine created by the talented Chef Abs of Big Chefs. The two-course menu features a choice of the famous yoghurt kebab, tender sautéed beef cooked with thyme and chili, served with yoghurt, buttered flat bread and eggplant puree or one of their unique sizzlers, a twist on the classic fajita.  To follow, you can indulge in the renowned blueberry and mozzarella kunefe and a freshly brewed iced tea for only AED125.

Le Trésor

A casual, yet refined, dining concept serving French-European fare, Le Trésor – Classic Car Café boasts a relaxing atmosphere, mouth-watering food and a backdrop of vintage cars.
