TRAITEUR CELEBRATES MUSHROOM SEASON

TRAITEUR RESTAURANT IN DUBAI, CELEBRATES THE DELECTABLE MUSHROOM SEASON

Girolles, chanterelles, cepes, morels, mousserons, pied bleu, black trumpet and truffles featured

 

DUBAI, UAE  – From 28 September until 18 October  Traiteur’s Chef de Cuisine Simon Wipf and his talented team of chefs are creating a special degustation menu of sumptuous mushroom specialities paired with the finest French white wines. Additionally, the restaurant’s a la carte menu will feature a variety of fresh mushroom dishes in celebration of the mushroom season.

Along with this indulgent menu is a generous French cheese display which will be served in Traiteur’s show kitchen.  St Felicien, Tomme de Savoie, Chaource, Brie de Meaux, Comte St Antoine and Fourme d’Aumbert, to name a few, will be presented.

Guests that order one starter and one main course of the mushroom specialities from the a-la-carte menu are invited to enjoy three complimentary cheeses from this abundant display.

The degustation menu

Guests can enjoy the special five course degustation menu paired with French white wines to further enhance the aromatic flavours for AED695 per person.  Diners who opt for the non-alcoholic package can savour this five course menu for AED450 per person.

The regular a la carte menu will feature delectable dishes with fresh mushrooms as the star ingredient.  Guests can savour a choice of:
