UAE based master hair stylist celebrates successful partnership with Fashion TV at the 16th Anniversary of Fashion TV during the the 66th Cannes Film Festival (May 2013)   

Dubai: Leading master hairstylist and specialist Charbel, owner of Hairwaves by Charbel, hosts a gathering of VIP guests, socialites and fashion commentators in Dubai’s newest entertainment and style venue to mark the successful long term collaboration with Fashion TV.

The celebratory gathering held at ‘I Love F Cafe’ in Emaar Boulevard, Downtown Dubai at 7.00pm on June 9th 2013 marks a successful collaboration with the region’s leading master stylist, Charbel by Hairwaves and International Fashion TV.  Charbel’s silver sponsorship of global media and fashion platform Fashion TV’s 16th Anniversary during Cannes Film Festival 2013 was a landmark event for a home-grown brand in this segment.
